if your order was pre-made, expect shipping within 2 days. if your order was pre-order, production begins after the preorder window closes. once production is complete, fulfillment takes about 5–7 weeks. we’ll post all shipping updates on instagram and email tracking info once your order ships from us.

yes if your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us using the contact with your new address and order number. once shipped, we can’t make changes.

all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. if there’s an issue, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
