all items are made-to-order. production and shipping takes 5-7 weeks from the date of purchase. you can check your current step anytime on our status page, and you'll get an email with tracking once your order is on the way.

yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet, email us using the contact form with your new address and order number. once shipped, we can't make changes.

cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. after that, production has begun and all sales are final.
