how do i track my order?
head to order status and enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. tracking is emailed once your order ships.
when will my order ship?
depends on the piece. permadrop is pre order, each piece made to order, so it takes 5 to 7 weeks. premade pieces are in stock and ship the next business day.
why does permadrop take 5 to 7 weeks?
every piece is made to order in small batches. nothing gets made that nobody wants, and nothing sits in a warehouse. good things take time.
can i change my shipping address after ordering?
yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped. write me with your order number and the new address and i'll update it.
can i cancel my order?
cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. after that production is already in motion and all sales are final.
what's your return or exchange policy?
all sales are final. if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 7 days of delivery and i'll make it right.
will items be restocked?
some come back as premade restocks, most don't. restocks are announced on the site and the list, so if you're signed up you'll hear it first.
