pre-orders: pre-orders require a longer fulfillment time as items are custom made. please allow 5 to 10 weeks for production and shipping. most pre-orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5 to 7 weeks, with the full 10 weeks needed only in rare cases. once your pre-ordered item ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. thank you for your patience and understanding.

processing time: for in stock items, orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. pre-orders begin processing after production is complete, which typically takes 4 to 6 weeks but may take up to 10 weeks.

shipping method: we offer standard shipping only. for in stock items, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. for pre-orders, shipping occurs after the production and processing period.

shipping costs: flat rate shipping is applied at checkout based on your order total.

shipping restrictions: we have expanded our shipping options and now ship internationally to most available countries.

order tracking: tracking details are emailed once your order ships. please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
