exchanges
we only offer exchanges or replacements in the event of an incorrect order, defective item, or any other reasonable issue at our discretion. items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

final sale items
sale pieces, pre-order items, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

return shipping costs
customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

how to request an exchange
email us at krhuclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. we’ll review your request within 2 business days and provide next steps if approved.

damaged or defective items
if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. we’ll resolve the issue with an exchange or replacement.

cancellations
orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. pre-order cancellations are not accepted once production begins.
